Miami is scoring major points in the restaurant world this year.
Two of Miami's chefs are finalists for the James Beard Award: Hedy Goldsmith of Michael's Genuine Food & Drink for "Outstanding Pastry Chef" and Jeff McInnis of Yardbird Southern Table & Bar for "Best Chef South". Juvia, the penthouse eatery on Lincoln Road, received a nomination in the category of "Restaurant Design and Graphics".
And owner of Bourbon Steak, Michael Mina, "will be inducted into the Who's Who of Food and Beverage in America". Stay tuned till May 6 when the winners will be announced. Good luck everyone!
