Urban Oxy in Downtown, Opening in April

There's a newbie in town and its name is Urban Oxy.
The coffee spot and eatery opened by Emmanuel Garcia (who "worked with Danny Meyer on Shake Shack" and is a part of the BurgerFi franchise) is located in Downtown at 101 NE Second Ave. and will be serving Panther coffee and offering "inexpensive" eats when it opens in April. Coll tells Short order that his new spot is a "coffee house of the people" and that "its fundamentally about hometown charm".
Prices will be low, with food under $8 including "soups, salads handmade pizzas" and "grilled cheese sandwiches".

Apparently the spot has two more upcoming locations, one in South Beach in "May or June" and another in Coral Gables "a couple months later".
