Florida Heart Research Institute presents Driven to Dine and Heart of a Chef, two culinary fundraisers benefiting heart disease research. Driven to Dine will take place on April 13.Tickets are $625 a person and participating restaurants include 1500?, db Bistro Moderne, Scarpetta and others. Heart of a Chef takes place on April 28 from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden. Their annual culinary battle will feature a cook-off between Todd Erickson and Aaron Brooks.
