Coral Gables will soon be welcoming a new eatery to its quickly growing restaurant scene called Bricktop's. The "small chain" with a few other locations throughout the states plans to open its seventh outpost at 2418 Ponce de Leon in the next couple of months. General manager Mark Peak tells Short Order that the place will focus on "American cuisine", "American classic favorites", "friendly service and fresh ingredients daily".
Though their menu hasn't been "finalized" just yet, some of what can be expected on it are dishes such as "deviled eggs and sugar bacon", "goat cheese vegetarian flatbread" and "Chilean sea bass". They'll also have gluten-free options and a "full bar" with "patio seating and an outdoor lounge area".
