Book Club writes about a new 386-page book by Michael Ruhlman that highlights quite the list of Miami chefs including Timon Balloo of Sugarcane and Scarpetta's Nina Compton. The book, named Best Chefs America, is a compilation of the best chefs in America that were nominated by "other chefs, industry professionals and insiders".
