Michael Schwartz' latest is almost ready for action. March 27, this Wednesday, the new white-tablecloth spot will be set to open its doors to the public and start serving up some Roel Alcudia dishes and Hedy Goldsmith sweets. For now the classic American eatery will only be open for dinner (starting at 6 p.m.), but they have plans for lunch in the near future.
