Ily Goyanes of Short Order says Ceviche House in South Miami is focused on authenticity, but doesn't deliver as expected. Though the name might imply otherwise, Ily says there are few varieties of ceviche and notes that they've "had better ceviche in several other places". Overall, they didn't seem too impressed. [SO]
