Built Custom Burgers by The Counter, will debut its first restaurant in Los Angeles later this month, with plans to expand to San Diego and then Miami. The new burger spot, which is The Counter's new "Chipolte-like service" concept, will open at the University of Miami in 2014. [NRN]
