Seems like LIV Miami is changing hands. According to the Huffington Post, "two Miami companies, The Opium Group and Miami Marketing Group", which own several nightclubs including LIV, have been bought by Robert F.X. Sillerman. The terms of the deals "were not disclosed". [HuffingtonPost]
