Restaurant Michael Schwartz to Open April 22

Word is finally out on Michael Schwartz' project at The Raleigh. According to Miami.com, Schwartz' restaurant, Restaurant Michael Schwartz, that's occupying the "space formally known as The Royal", plans to open on April 22.

The spot's going to be typically "Schwartzarian" with menu items including some of his best known stuff like deviled eggs and new dishes such as grilled Yellowfin tuna, grilled rib eye, grilled Octopus and a Black Angus burger. Of course, some of Hedy Goldsmith's desserts (like bread pudding and milk chocolate bars) will also be on the menu. Restaurant Michael Schwartz will be serving breakfast, lunch and dinner once they open.
