Argentinian Fare at Juana M

Brickell has a fairly new spot named Juana M, but don't worry if you haven't heard of it yet. The Argentinian restaurant, which started up super hush-hush, is owned by a family of three siblings: Juana Marty (for whom the restaurant is named), Maria Marty and their brother, Rogelio Marty. Maria told Eater that they opened up in March as quietly as they could because they wanted to be ready to welcome large numbers of people. Now, they are up and running daily from 10 a.m. to 12 a.m. for breakfast, lunch and dinner; and Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for brunch.

This is the trio's third restaurant, with two more in Buenos Aire, and their first here in the U.S. and Miami. Cuisine wise, Argentina (and healthy) is the name of the game. "Great meats", homemade pastas, and a "huge" salad bar are what you can expect. Oh, and if you purchase an entrée, the salad bar is on the house. Maria says they already have plans to expand to more locations, but for now will focus their energies on getting Juana M on its feet.
