Cinco de Mayo at Jaguar Ceviche; underGROUND Miami

COCONUT GROVE – At Jaguar Ceviche, the Cinco de Mayo celebrations are on. Executive chef Oscar del Rivero will be creating a special Mexican menu, which will be served from 5 p.m. on May 5. Later in the evening there will be mariachi bands and a parade. [EaterWire]

MIAMI BEACH – Tomorrow the Palms Hotel will be hosting underGROUND Miami, an environmentally conscious dinner benefiting local agriculture. Some of the participating chefs include Essensia's Julie Frans, Florida Cookery's Kris Wessel and HaVen's Todd Erickson.
