STK Closing Until Renovations are Complete

When the Perry Hotel announced it would be closing, plans were for its steakhouse, STK Miami, to remain open as the hotel underwent renovations, but the restaurant will now be temporarily closing. Originally, the team behind the eatery, the ONE Group, thought keeping STK open would be possible, however, their head of marketing says construction has made it difficult to access that part of the hotel and they're closing it to protect their guests' safety. STK won't be closed for too long though. The restaurant will re-open at the newly renovated location in Fall 2013.
