Amatsu Sushi & Sake recently opened at the Westin Beach Resort & Spa in Fort Lauderdale. Amatsu, which means "heavenly" in Japanese, specializes in fresh sushi, sashimi, nigiri and hot and cold sakes. The new sushi joint, helmed by head sushi chef Kon W.
