1) Fort Lauderdale: We hear that Broward County's most expensive house has sold, at the end of one of Fort Lauderdale's finger islands, for $17.5 million. The 4,578 square foot estate comes with 8 bedrooms and extensive Intracoastal Waterway frontage.
2) South Beach: A new stretch of bay walk has finally opened in Miami Beach after years of negotiations, behind the Flamingo South Beach. At this rate, there's no telling when the whole bay walk will be finished.
3) Star Island: The saga of the Real Housewife hell bent on demolishing her historic house continues, but before demo time Lisa Hochstein decided to have a little par-tay at the house. This has annoyed preservationists to no end. Oh girl!
