New Craft Beer Spot, The Mighty, to Open in Coral Way

Coral Way will soon be getting a new craft beer bar called The Mighty. Folks behind this new pub are Esti and hubby Ryan Brooks (a West Coast Brewing industry enthusiast who worked at spots like the Buena Vista Café), husband and wife team who've moved down from San Fransisco to bring their beer parlor dream to life.

Esti tells Eater that plans were for the two to open the spot back home, but they were "eventually lured by Miami's charm and the potential for a new frontier in the craft beer scene". As far as concept goes, she says, "we want The Mighty to radiate all the simple indulgences we look for in a bar? a menu full of craft beers, enhanced by more than one IPA ? house-made delicacies such as a "pork and brandy sausage"" and "a cocktail list that will keep the crowds going". They're not sure about the opening date yet, but August is their target month. Stay tuned for more details soon.
