Here's a sneak peak at Brasileiro's upcoming menu. The Brickell restaurant is slated to open July 12, at the Four Ambassadors Suites Hotel, with executive chef Guily Booth manning the kitchen. Crafted by Booth, the menu offers a variety of affordable tapas-style small plates and traditional Brazilian dishes. Highlights include an all-you-can-eat Rodizio available for lunch and dinner, and items such as the Brazilian classic "moqueca bahia ($34), prepared with zucchini, yellow squash, chayote, tomato, cilantro, dende oil, shrimp and coconut milk."
