The Breakers Palm Beach has a new "retro-glam" lounge called HMF. A press release informs that the spot is "a modern ode to the cocktail clubs of the 50's and 60's" that "offers an innovative menu of globally inspired sharing plates". The man behind the kitchen, chef Joey Tuazon (formerly of Four Seasons Miami), serves up items like "food truck bites", "robata-grilled specialties", salads, sushi and sashimi. Drink wise, beside their signature cocktails and craft beer selection, they also boast a "40-plus page wine list". HMF is open daily from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m. [EaterWire]
