A Second Spris Outpost; Macchialina's Birthday

MIAMI BEACH – Macchialina is celebrating its first birthday. In honor of their one-year anniversary, they're offering a special tasting menu with wine pairings July 21 through 25 for $35 a person. The Taste of Macchialina menu includes items like local burrata, escarole salad macaroni Bolognese and creamy polenta. A la carte menu will also be available. [EaterWire]

MIAMI BEACH – Edge Steak & Bar's Aaron Brooks will be teaching an interactive cooking class at the Four Seasons Hotel Miami.
