Paula DaSilva of 1500 Degrees, is going back to 3030 Ocean in Fort Lauderdale. According to Short Order, the change of hands the Eden Roc experienced (when Renaissance Hotels ceased management of the property a few months back), did in fact affect the restaurant, which is not only currently looking for a new chef, but also a new name.
