Some switcheroos have gone down at Michael's Genuine Food & Drink: chef de cuisine Bradley Herron has been promoted to "executive chef for the Genuine Hospitality Group" and Niven Patel, formerly of Brasserie, has stepped into Herron's previous position. According to Short Order, the menus undergone some tweaks as well, changes that "reflect his style". These include "a few Indian flavors" and a lot more fish sandwiches.
