Emily Codik visits the recently opened Tongue & Cheek and calls chef/owner Jamie DeRosa's cooking "delicious". She describes the "easygoing" South Beach spot as "a mishmash of pristine and playful food", saying that is "exactly what makes this novel venture so much fun".
