Pulp Fiction-Inspired Mister Wolfe Pops-Up in South Beach

New, 1 comment

South Beach, meet Mister Wolfe, a pop-up lounge that is as of yesterday ready to make your acquaintance. Guys behind the new spot located at the Townhouse hotel (in the space formerly belonging to Bond St.) are "local nightlife authorities Max Pierre and Erik Yehezkel".

According to Miami.com, the spot's named after a line from Pulp Fiction - "I'm Winston Wolfe. I solve problems"- which is why you can find cocktails like "Split Personality" on their menu. In addition to libations that will be concocted by "head bartender Peter Eden, formerly of Cafeina", the bar will also offer an organic small-bites menu created by Nuno Grullon of Ironside Café. Bites include the grass-fed mini burger ($16), free-range natural chicken skewer ($15) and wild crab & avocado mousse ($14).
