One more Miami restaurant jumping on the Cronut- impostor train (an unexpected one): Sushi Maki. Their version, the Cronot, will be available Monday through Friday at their Coral Gables spot. "The restaurant is taking buttery, flaky croissant dough, frying it into a crisp doughnut, then glazing it with vanilla", writes Short Order, and it looks pretty good. [SO]
