Sonic Beach is expanding its chain with a Miami Gardens location, which is scheduled to open sometime "late summer 2013". The spot is "part of the Sonic drive-in restaurant chain that offers sit-down areas" and "a man-made beach". Expect lots of beers ("close to three dozen different brews"), wines, sandwiches, shakes, "servers on roller skates" and, of course, burgers. Head over this way for more details and a video teaser.
