Richard Gras, chef de cuisine at J&G Grill at the St. Regis is bidding adieu and moving to Dallas. Miami.com reports that the chef has gotten a new gig as "executive chef of the city's four-star Design District restaurant, Oak". No word yet as to who will be replacing him, but stay tuned.
