Emily Codik pays the recently opened Biscayne Tavern a visit and says their "fare pairs perfectly with a cold drink". In terms of specific plates, she enjoys chef Biscoe's grass-fed beef patties, which are cooked "to a perfect medium-rare" and says the appetizer smoked salmon spring rolls "taste like the best deep-fried bagel you've ever had". Though there are dishes like the sesame-crusted tuna and the seafood cobb salad that didn't quite cut it for her, she seemed overall pleased. [SO]
