Bravo has announced the five final Cheftestapants for Top Chef: New Orleans. As hinted earlier, they include Miami's Nina Compton (Scarpetta) and Bret Pelaggi (formerly of Chiara Bistro in Boston), as well as Aaron Cuschiere (Chicago), Carlos Gaytan (Chicago) and Sara Johannes (Minneapolis).
