John Bostick, a Cracker Barrel employee, has filed charges against the restaurant "for allegedly discriminating against him because he is gay". Bostick speaks of several instances in which he was mistreated, including one where one of his superiors, "believing that the customers were homosexual" told him, "Tell your buddies, 'cause that's what you call each other, to visit somewhere else.
