Last month J & G Grill lost their chef de cuisine, Richard Gras, to a restaurant in Texas, but they've bounced back quick. According to a press release, Brad Kilgore is making a full comeback with his new gig at J & G Grill, where he's just stepped into the chef de cuisine shoes. Kilgore was formerly co-owner and executive chef at Route 9 and Exit One, but his experience doesn't stop there. The chef, who's been popping up all around town since his departure from the those two restaurants (most recently with the successful Brad's Deli at Josh's Deli), has also worked at Azul at the Mandarin Oriental, L2o and EPIC.
Along with him comes Robert Delarosa, a food and beverage manager, who's had stunts at spots like Azul and Platinum Hotel and spa, and is joining J & G as the new General Manager. The press release writes, "Brad and Robert's culinary achievements and hospitality experience will bring a new dimension to the resort's signature restaurant".
