In an article about some pretty cool beer news (see: "Avocado beer" and "hangover preventing" ), Clean Plate Charlie reveals some Miami info. Apparently, Cigar City is adopting the nitro trend and "releasing nitrogen beers to Florida accounts". They've already been using the method (which makes for beer with "very fine bubbles, "a thick head" and "a creamy mouth feel") in-house, and plan to expand it to other spots in September. [CPC]
