Weezie%27sKitchenLog.jpgLouise Dutton, a chef with Celiac's disease, has just opened up a totally gluten-free bakery in Fort Lauderdale called Weezie's Kitchen. Clean Plate Charlie reports that Dutton wanted to find alternatives to wheat products that actually taste good, which led her to eventually finding recipes (top secret) that worked not only for her needs but also pleased the taste buds of gluten eaters. The new spot also has "lunch specials soups and pizzas in addition to an array of baked goods". [CPC]
