After the departure of Bernie Matz, the Café at Books & Books (Lincoln Road location) "tapped" chef Allen Susser to revamp their menu. In an interview with Short Order, Susser says, "we want to make the menu more exciting, with local food and sustainable food on the menu". He also states, "we're going to make some menu changes first and then do some more dramatic changes". New menu will "most likely" be available by winter. [SO]
