Miami's summer slump is coming to an end, and to prove it, we've listed out Fall's most anticipated restaurant openings, 13 of them. There are some big players on here, and some smaller ones, but all exciting for their own reasons and all slated to open before year's end. There's the Pubbelly boy's latest, L'Echon Brasserie; a new Samba Brands concept called Bocce Bar; Tony Mantuano's first Miami restaurant, Lorenzo; Tunu Puri's newest venture, Lippi; and more. Lorenzo
Address: Redbury South Beach; Collins Ave. and 18th
The Players: Tony Mantuano, sbe Group, Michael Jack Pazdon
The Situation: James Beard Award-winning Tony Mantuano will be opening up his very first Miami restaurant in sbe's upcoming Redbury hotel. It'll be a "casual Italian" spot serving up handmade pizzas, entrees off the grill, and house made gelatos. Helming the cocktail program is Michael Jack Pazdon of Napa Valley's Goose & Gander.

Lippi
Address: 600 Brickell
The Players: Tunu Puri, Philippe Ruiz
The Situation: Zuma investor Tunu Puri is bringing in the big guns (Philippe Ruiz) for his upcoming Lippi restaurant. Think shareable plates of Mediterranean cuisine and seafood galore, plus an enormous wine list.

Lure Fishbar
Address: 1601 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach
The Players: Josh Pickard, John McDonald, Josh Capon, Jonathan Tisch
The Situation: The four restaurateurs named above are bringing New York City's Lure Fishbar to the beach (specifically the Loews Miami Beach Hotel). As the name might imply, there will be a seafood bar, a raw bar and a sushi bar, plus burgers and steaks.

Bocce Bar
Address: 3252 NE 1st Avenue
The Players: Samba Brands Management, Timon Balloo
The Situation: The group behind Sugarcane Raw Bar Grill and SushiSamba restos is opening up a modern Italian eatery. Behind the grub will be Timon Balloo of Sugarcane, who will concoct a small plate sharing concept with items like crudos, house-made pastas and fresh baked breads.

L'Echon Brasserie
Address: 62nd Street and Collins Avenue
The Players: Jose Mendin, Andreas Schreiner, Sergio Navarro
The Situation: The Pubbelly boys strike once more; this time with a classic sharing-style French concept (but they are still working on the menu) in a "Pubbelly-esque environment". Chef Mendin refers to it as a "really cool brasserie" – get excited.

The Players: Michael Mina
The Situation: The details on this one are still vague, but what's for known is that celebrity chef Michael Mina of the popular Bourbon Steak in Aventura will be opening up a second Miami concept. Rumor has it will be a "'high end, small plate' kind of place".

Porcao Farm to Grill

The Players: Jeff O'Neil, Ramsey Pimentel
The Situation: Mary Brickell Village will soon welcome Porcao, a steakhouse promising sustainable seafood and organic produce, to its restaurant offerings. Helming the kitchen is chef Jeff O'Neil, who's previously worked under Daniel Boulud and Eric Ripert. Ramsey Pimental, formerly of Ritz-Carlton Hotels, will be shaking things up in the drink department.

Frita Shop
Address: 1315 Ponce de Leon Blvd
The Players: Alberto Cabrera
The Situation: Alberto Cabrera just opened up Bread & Butter in Coral Gables early this year, but he has a passion for Fritas, which means he'll be opening up a "Cuban burger joint". Frita Shop will be fast-food concept offering plenty of Cuban-version burgers, hot dogs and milkshakes.

Blackbrick
Address: 3451 NE 1st Avenue, Miami, FL
The Players: Richard Hales
The Situation: The former Acme Bakery spot now has a new owner, Richard Hales of Sakaya (and force behind food truck Dim Ssam a Go-Go). Hales will be transforming the space into a 50-seat Chinese restaurant with waiter service (vs Sakaya's counter-style), where "nose-to-tail" selections are to be available, as well as vegetarian options.

Batch
Address: 30 SW 12th Street, Miami, Florida 33130
The Players: Kevin Danilo, Jerry Flynn
The Situation: Mr. Kevin Danilo has teamed up with Surfcomber manager Jerry Flynn to bring about a gastropub/restaurant. They plan on focusing on service and locals, while serving up global cuisine, various cocktails and, of course, beers a'plenty.

Ms. Cheezious

The Players: M. Christian Dickens, Brian Mullins
The Situation: The above mentioned boys are going brick and mortar with their sought after Miami food truck. The new restaurant will have about 75 indoor/outdoor seats, even more grilled cheese options, salads, breakfast options, craft beers, wines and deserts.

Gravity Brewlab
Address: Wynwood
The Players: Diego Ganoza, Robert Tejon, Seth Hammond
The Situation: Owner Diego Ganoza has two brewers working with him: Robert Tejon and Seth Hammond; and (after quite some time of being involved in Miami's brewer community at various events) they're all coming together to open up a permanent craft beer joint in Wynwood. Experimental brews. Need we say more?

The Situation: MIA Brewing Company has been brewing beers for South Florida restos for quite some time, and, now, its their time to shine with their own spot: a tap room that's landing in Doral.
