Panther Coffee MiMo Is On Its Way

New, 4 comments

Panther Coffee is taking over the world. Maybe (hopefully). What they are definitely doing, though, is setting up shop in Miami's up and coming Upper Eastside, which is currently under massive development. This will be the artisanal coffee spot's third expansion in just three years and, like their Wynwood location, it'll have all the good stuff (indoor/outdoor seating, all your coffee cravings ever, etc.)

"We just inked the deal yesterday", says Lyle Chariff, President of Chariff Realty Group, "It's a game changer for the Boulevard". Panther Coffee MiMo is breaking ground at MiMo Place, a soon to be developed center at 6405 Biscayne Blvd., with construction scheduled to begin in January and a projected eight-month opening. Chariff also noted the brand new "10,000 square foot" property is being developed by Akorp's Alex Karakhanian (developer behind George's) and slipped in that he and Mr. K are looking to open a new concept at their 6700 Biscayne building – next to Blue Collar, but more on that later. Meanwhile, sweet caffeinated thoughts.
