Eater National reports that Mercadito, the "New-York-, Miami- and Chicago-based Mexican restaurant" is heading to Las Vegas' Red Rock Resort. Apparently, Mercadito Hospitality has had this plan in the works for some time now, but it wasn't until recently that Mercadito Red Rock LLC was registered, and it might not be until 2014 that it debuts.
