MIA Brewing Company, Doral's upcoming Brewery (and Miami's third), has just recruited itself a Brewmaster, Michael Demetrus, "a brewer with not only a wealth of knowledge but several years in the industry". Demetrus, who formerly worked with Chicago's Finch's Brewing Company, tells Short Order, "I have deep admiration for a host of Florida's craft pioneers and soon enough, Miami will have a big craft world all of it's own".
