DESIGN DISTRICT - In honor of being named one of America's Best Pizzerias by Food & Wine Magazine, Harry's Pizzeria "turns up the summer heat". First, they're participating in the celebration of Michael's Genuine Home Brew's one-year anniversary. Guests can look for Michael Schwartz' signature when they buy a bottle (22 of them will have it) and they'll get one free pizza during brunch hours if they find it. Second, brunch will now change weekly. And thirdly, Harry's is continuing their chef pop-up dinners with "James Beard Award winner Michael Solomonov" who will "take over with Zahav Pizzeria with a menu celebrating his Israel heritage on Tuesday, August 27 at 7:00 p.m". MIAMI BEACH – For one night and one night only ? Pubbelly is hosting a Miami Spice pop-up with chef Makoto Okuwa. Mark your calendars for August 27 because you most likely don't want to miss a Pubbelly/Makoto pairing. As far as what chefs Mendin and Okuwa have got cookin', it'll be a "traditional Izakaya (Japanese pub) menu". Dinner is $33 per person. [EaterWire]

BRICKELL – When Friday rolls around and you need to get drunk – er – get a drink, head over to bar LvL25 at The Condrad Hotel. Our blogging friends over at Thrillist will be there (this Friday, August 9) hosting a special happy hour from 5 to 9 p.m. This means half-priced cocktails, beers and certain wines. Plus their bar bites are all under $10. [EaterWire]

DORAL – Prepare your sweet tooth (and dentist) for an extra dose of IT'SUGAR, which is opening their 10th Florida outpost at the Miami International Mall. They're scheduled to open this spot August 14, and two more locations within the next year. [EaterWire]
