Mixologist Movements

According to a press release, Alex Renshaw, previously a mixologist at Sable Kitchen and Bar in Chicago has just made a massive move from bartender to Beverage Director of all the Menin Hotel properties. In Chicago this means he's stepped into Craig Schoettler shoes, who, over at Drumbar in Chicago, oversaw the beverage program. For us Miamians, this means Renshaw is now watching over Radio Bar in South Beach as well as the Gale, Sanctuary and Bentley Hotel. [EaterWire]
