Sky Thai Sushi will be opening in Las Olas "in about a month". Clean Plate Charlie reports that "The team behind Tee Jay Thai Sushi in Fort Lauderdale and Wilton Manors and Thai House in North Miami Beach" is in charge of the upcoming sushi spot, which is still "finalizing the menu". Owner Wanlada Gebhard says they're "aiming ? to make the curries a little bit more authentic and then have some modern dishes". [CPC]
