Karlie C. Tomica, who was involved in the death of chef Stefano Riccioletti (Terraza), is apparently being "offered a plea deal tomorrow morning". If Tomica pleads guilty to DUI Manslaughter charges and the judge accepts to have her tried as a minor, then she will be sentenced to "four years in prison as a youthful offender, followed by two years of house arrest and 15 years probation". However, if this does not come to pass before her 21 birthday (August 11), she will be tried as an adult, serving "a maximum sentence of 30 years". [SO; Local10]
