The newest addition to Miami Beach's culinary world is Bar Crudo, which is opening tonight at 5 p.m. Bar Crudo is the latest project from Andy Travaglia, who is also the force behind the new restaurant's neighbor, Lee & Marie's Cakery. On board with her are general manager Ken Ray of the Maso Hospitality Group and one Reto Von Weissenfluh, a chef who's all about the raw, sustainable, and locally sourced. Here's the full menu.
