BonAppetit has compiled a list of the "50 Best New Restaurant Nominees" and, mhm, Miami is on it. Congrats to Michael Schwartz' The Cypress Room (it was the "frog's legs, onion soup, côte de boeuf" you won them over with. Oh and, the "gorgeous vintage bread-and-butter plates on every table").
