The Island Bistro to Open Cafe This Friday

If you wanted another spot to get your Panther Coffee, now you have one. This Friday, marks the soft-opening of The Island Bistro's french café that "will offer Panther Coffee exclusively" plus a selection of baked breads, pastries, croissants, turnovers, cookies, and fresh fruit", with a "menu of small bites that changes daily". For now, they're rolling out their revamped coffee-bar and new lounge space, with the resto officially launching sometime in November. According to Short Order, the spot is also getting creative with their coffee; they'll be cooking "Panther coffee-rubbed steaks" and mixing up "coffee-infused cocktails". If you stop in today through Thursday in the morning (7 to 11 a.m.), they'll welcome you with "free mini coffees, espressos, and fresh pastries".
