Gravity Brewlab is still in it's very beginning stages (acquiring permits and all that fun stuff), but if you absolutely can't wait to see what they'll be offering (we couldn't), check out their menu, which, other than beer and wine, includes a "munchies stuff" section with small plates, big plates and salads. According to owner/ "head honcho" Diego Ganoza, it's a work in progress, but this is more or less what you can expect. [EaterWire]
