Apparently there is a Biscayne Brewing Company opening up, in two locations. Short Order reports that one "production facility is located in Doral" and the other (a "brewpub") in little Havana. SO also reports that their manager, Jose Mallea, hasn't responded to their "numerous requests for inquiry yet", but they did some sleuthing and found out several details (like what brews they're trademarking and how large the production space is).
