There's a "swanky new Midtown restaurant opening in October" and its called The Alchemist. Miami.com reports the new spot will be headed by "Paul Bocuse institute trained chef Christophe Chastang", who's going to prepare "two menu options: the Petite Degustation of five courses at $90 a person or the Complete Degustation of seven courses at $125 a person". Apparently the menu "will change seasonally". A press release informs Miami.com that the upcoming 50-seat restaurant is "a destination for knowledgeable diners who want to expand their gastronomic horizon. A restaurant for the adventurers."
