Pao Town released a statement this morning saying they've "closed their doors to refine the restaurant concept". They do note they will surely "be back at some point in the future" with a "concept more appropriate for Ponce Corridor", though they "don't know when". As for those dishes you liked, they promise that "some favorite Pao Town menu items will still be available next door at Canton Chinese". [EaterWire]
