Sweet Times Cupcakes & Coffee Officially Open

A new cupcake spot has emerged, "moving all in to capture the South Florida cupcake crown". Sweet Times Cupcakes & Coffee soft-opened super hush-hush a while back, but the 1,000 foot "sweet haven" just now proclaimed themselves "officially open". The newest addition to the confection scene comes from Michael Moed and Angela Prada-Moed, hubby/wife duo who've been professional poker players for the last decade and recently decided to swap casinos for cupcakes.

As for what's special about their handcrafted cupcakes, a press release informs they are made onsite daily, sans preservatives, with "the highest quality of all-natural ingredients" and "smooth and creamy Italian buttercream". In addition to sweets, the shop also "grinds its own blend of coffee" and "offers a variety of hot and cold gourmet teas" and smoothies. Not bad at all.
