BeerEaterMiami.pngAccording to Alex Butler at the Miami Herald, South Miami commissioners might be on the verge of loosening their liquor for restaurants on Red Road, Bird Road, and U.S. 1 after a Pizza Rustica appealed for the change to a rule stating that no alcohol can be served within 500 feet of a church or school. The commissioners have apparently come to an agreement regarding the changes and the final vote is scheduled for January 21st. [MH]
